Why we suggest at least two kits

The window that matters
Two kits cover four months. This is the time to judge how the routine suits you.
What it will not do
- It will not change your cycle or your bladder comfort in one month.
- It will not replace food, movement, pelvic floor exercises or medical advice.
- It is not a treatment for PCOS, PCOD, incontinence, infections or arthritis, and it does not replace medical care.
Who should not take this
- Pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding. Do not take without medical advice.
- Under 18.
- Diagnosed PCOS, PCOD, thyroid or other hormone conditions, or on hormonal medication or the pill. Speak to your doctor first.
- Pain or burning when passing urine, blood in the urine, or fever. See a doctor, these need proper care.
- Kidney disease, kidney stones, gallstones or bile duct problems.
- On blood thinners, diabetes, blood pressure or diuretic medication, or any regular prescription. Turmeric, piperine, berberine and Gokshura can interact with some medicines.
- Autoimmune conditions, or on medication that suppresses the immune system, because of Guduchi.
- Allergic to sesame.
- Scheduled for surgery. Stop two weeks before.

How long does one kit last?
Two months. Each bottle has 60 capsules and you take 1 from each bottle a day.
Is it a treatment for PCOS or incontinence?
No. This is a daily wellness kit. It does not treat PCOS, PCOD, incontinence or any condition. If you have been diagnosed, follow your doctor's advice and ask them before adding any supplement.
Is it safe to take every day?
The herbs in this kit are traditionally taken daily. If you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, under 18, have a diagnosed condition, or take any regular medication, check with your doctor first. The full list is in the cautions above.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes. The capsule shell is HPMC (hypromellose), a plant-based cellulose, not gelatin. What is inside is herbal extract.
