My periods used to come almost 5 days early every month, so predicting my dates was always difficult. After using Feminine Flow, my cycle has become much more regular. Now it is generally around 28 days, usually only about 1 day early or late. I am really happy with the improvement I have seen.
My periods were quite irregular. Sometimes they would come early and sometimes late, and the difference could be around 15 days. After taking Feminine Flow for about 90 days, I have noticed a clear improvement. Now the variation is around 3 to 4 days. It is not perfectly fixed, but compared with before it is much more manageable.

Ayurvedic herbs of this kind build up slowly. Here is an honest picture of the weeks ahead.

Most women notice nothing obvious in the first month. Herbs of this kind need time.

Three full cycles of consistent use. This is the time to judge how it suits you.
What it will not do
- It will not change your cycle in one month.
- It will not replace food, movement, sleep or medical advice.
- It is not a treatment for PCOS, PCOD, thyroid problems or infertility, and it does not replace medical care.
Who should not take this
- Pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding. Do not take without medical advice.
- Under 18.
- Diagnosed PCOS, PCOD, thyroid or other hormone conditions, or on hormonal medication or the pill. Speak to your doctor first.
- On diabetes medication. Daruharidra and Cinnamon may lower blood sugar.
- On blood thinners, or any regular prescription. Berberine can change how some medicines work.
- Autoimmune conditions, or on medication that suppresses the immune system, because of Guduchi.
- Allergic to sesame.
- Scheduled for surgery. Stop two weeks before.

Questions
Is it a treatment for PCOS or PCOD?
No. Feminine Flow is a daily wellness supplement. It is not a treatment for PCOS, PCOD or any condition. If you have been diagnosed, follow your gynaecologist's advice and ask them before adding any supplement.
How long before I notice anything?
Give it three full cycles. That is why we sell Feminine Flow as a 90-day course rather than a single bottle.
Is it safe to take every day?
These herbs are traditionally taken daily. If you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, under 18, have a hormone condition, or take any regular medication, check with your doctor first. The full list is in the cautions above.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes. The capsule shell is HPMC (hypromellose), a plant-based cellulose, not gelatin. What is inside is herbal extract.
