Shipping policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days from dispatch. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Orders below ₹499: Flat ₹75 shipping charge.
    • Orders ₹500 and above: Free shipping.
  • Delivery Attempts: Two delivery attempts will be made. After two unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to Green Aura, and the customer must bear the shipping charges for re-dispatch.
