What the research says
What the research on Bilberry found
In 2020, a randomised, double blind, placebo controlled trial in Japan gave 109 healthy adults a standardised bilberry extract or a placebo every day for 12 weeks. After screen and near-vision tasks, the bilberry group showed less strain in the eye's focusing (ciliary) muscle than the placebo group.
This trial tested a bilberry extract on its own, at 240 mg a day, not Aura Vision. Aura Vision gives 166 mg of bilberry extract a day, alongside seven other herbs, and has not been through a clinical trial of its own.
Customer reviews
What our customers say
My father had a very severe problem with watery eyes. His eyes would keep watering throughout the day. After taking Aura Vision, we saw a major improvement and the continuous watering has stopped. We are very happy with the change we have seen.
Because of my business I use my mobile a lot throughout the day. By evening my eyes used to feel extremely stressed and tired, and sometimes it became difficult to drive or continue working comfortably. After taking Aura Vision, I feel much less eye stress at the end of the day. I also feel that things look clearer than before. I have not checked my glasses number yet, so I cannot say whether that has actually changed, but personally I definitely feel a difference.
Good product for my daily eye-care routine. Happy with it.
I use screens a lot, so I wanted something simple for my daily routine. Aura Vision has been easy to continue.
Using Aura Vision regularly and liking it. Will continue.
I spend a lot of time around screens, so I added Aura Vision to my regular routine. My experience with it has been positive and I am comfortable continuing it.

What to expect
Why this is a 90 day course
Ayurvedic herbs of this kind build up slowly. Here is an honest picture of the weeks ahead.
Very little, and that is normal
Most people notice nothing obvious yet. Herbs of this kind do not work on the first dose.
The first signs
In the bilberry trial, some measures had already improved by week 4 and week 8.
The window that matters
The full 12 weeks the trial covered. Eyes that may feel less worn out at the end of a screen day.
What it will not do
- It will not change your glasses prescription or correct your eyesight.
- It will not replace screen breaks, blinking, good light or sleep.
- It is not a treatment for any eye disease, and it does not replace an eye doctor.
Who should not take this
- Pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take without medical advice.
- Under 18.
- On blood thinners or antiplatelet medication. Bilberry may add to their effect.
- On diabetes medication. Bilberry and some other herbs here may lower blood sugar.
- A diagnosed eye condition, such as glaucoma, cataract or retinal disease. Speak to your eye doctor first.
- Scheduled for surgery. Stop two weeks before.
Questions
Will it improve my eyesight or replace my glasses?
No. It is a daily wellness supplement for eye comfort. It does not correct vision and does not replace glasses, lenses or an eye doctor.
How long before I notice anything?
Not in the first fortnight. The bilberry trial ran for 12 weeks, which is why we sell Aura Vision as a 90-day course.
Is it safe to take every day?
The herbs in Aura Vision are intended for daily use. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, on blood thinners or diabetes medication, or have an eye condition, check with your doctor first. The full list is in the cautions above.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes. The capsule shell is HPMC (hypromellose), a plant-based cellulose, not gelatin. What is inside is herbal extract.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available, along with UPI, cards and netbanking at checkout.
