Refund policy

Our 30 day promise

Every formula is sold as a course. Start it, and try the first month.

If it is not for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup of any bottles you have not opened and refund those in full. You pay nothing for the return.

Opened bottles cannot be returned, because these are consumable health supplements and we cannot resell them.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. We arrange and pay for the return.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the returned bottles. For Cash on Delivery orders we transfer to a bank account or UPI ID you give us, in the same window.

What is not covered

Single bottle orders once opened, orders where delivery was refused or two delivery attempts failed, and any product bought from a seller other than Green Aura
