- Products must remain unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.
- Returns due to subjective reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product taste or smell are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

- Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of damage or defects.

- Return shipping costs are initially borne by the customer, refunded upon verification of genuine claims.
