Why we suggest at least two kits
Ayurvedic herbs of this kind build up slowly. Here is an honest picture of the weeks ahead.
Weeks 1 to 2
Very little, and that is normal
Most people notice nothing obvious yet. Herbs of this kind do not work on the first dose.
Weeks 3 to 8
The first signs
Some people start to find it easier to stay with one task, or to hold on to what they read earlier in the day.
Weeks 8 to 16
The window that matters
The period the Brahmi research covers, and the length of two kits. Attention and recall that feel steadier across a full day.
What it will not do
- It will not give you a lift you can feel within the hour. There is no caffeine or stimulant in any of the three.
- It will not replace sleep, screen breaks or eye check-ups. It supports them.
- It is not a treatment for any diagnosed condition, of the eyes or the mind, and it does not replace medical care.
Who should not take this
- Pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take without medical advice.
- Under 18.
- On sedatives, sleep or anti-anxiety medication. Several herbs in this kit are calming and may add to their effect.
- Thyroid conditions or thyroid medication, because of the ashwagandha in Neuro+.
- On blood thinners, diabetes or blood pressure medication, or any regular prescription. Bilberry, licorice, turmeric and black pepper can interact with some medicines.
- A diagnosed eye condition. Speak to your eye doctor first.
- Scheduled for surgery, or with gallbladder problems. Stop two weeks before.
- All three products contain Brahmi. Do not add another Brahmi supplement on top of this kit.

Why a kit instead of one product?
If you only have one concern, take the one product that matches it, at its own dose of 2 capsules a day. The kit is for people who want support for focus, memory and eye comfort together, at 1 capsule of each a day, and it costs less than buying the three bottles separately.
How long does one kit last?
Two months. Each bottle has 60 capsules and you take 1 from each bottle a day.
How long before I notice anything?
Not in the first fortnight. The trials on Brahmi ran for twelve weeks or more, which is why we suggest at least two kits. That research is on the Aura Focus+ and Aura Neuro+ pages, where it is about the product being sold.
Is it safe to take every day?
The herbs in this kit are traditional herbs intended for daily use. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, taking any prescription medication, or have a diagnosed health condition, check with your doctor before starting. The full list is in the cautions above.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes. The capsule shell is HPMC (hypromellose), a plant-based cellulose, not gelatin. What is inside is herbal extract.
