Why this is a 90 day course
Ayurvedic herbs of this kind build up slowly. Here is an honest picture of the weeks ahead.
Weeks 1 to 2
Very little, and that is normal
Most people notice nothing obvious yet. Herbs of this kind do not work on the first dose.
Weeks 3 to 6
The first signs
Some women start to feel a little more at ease through the day.
Weeks 6 to 12
The window that matters
Three months of consistent use, ideally alongside pelvic floor exercises.
What it will not do
- It will not work overnight.
- It will not replace pelvic floor exercises or physiotherapy.
- It is not a treatment for incontinence, urinary infections or any diagnosed condition, and it does not replace medical care.
Who should not take this
- Pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding. Do not take without medical advice.
- Under 18.
- Pain or burning when passing urine, blood in the urine, or fever. See a doctor, these need proper care.
- Kidney disease or kidney stones. Speak to your doctor first.
- On diuretics, lithium, or blood pressure medication. Gokshura and Punarnava may add to their effect.
- On diabetes medication. Gokshura may lower blood sugar.
- Scheduled for surgery. Stop two weeks before.

Questions
Is it a treatment for incontinence or a UTI?
No. UroEase is a daily wellness supplement for bladder comfort. It does not treat incontinence or infections. If you have pain, burning, blood in the urine or fever, please see a doctor.
How long before I notice anything?
Not in the first fortnight. Give it the full 90 days, ideally with pelvic floor exercises.
Is it safe to take every day?
These herbs are traditionally taken daily. If you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, under 18, have kidney problems, or take any regular medication, check with your doctor first. The full list is in the cautions above.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes. The capsule shell is HPMC (hypromellose), a plant-based cellulose, not gelatin. What is inside is herbal extract.
