What the research says
What the research found about attention
In 2014, researchers pooled nine randomised controlled trials of standardised Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) extract. People took it every day for at least 12 weeks. The pooled results showed improved speed of attention, and the authors called for larger trials.
These trials tested Brahmi extract on its own, not Aura Focus+. Aura Focus+ has not been through a clinical trial of its own. We share this research because it is the reason our course runs for 90 days.

Customer reviews
What our customers say
I work in logistics, so there is constant work pressure and too many things going on at the same time. Maintaining focus throughout the day was becoming difficult. After taking Focus+, I feel it is easier for me to concentrate on my work. I genuinely cannot measure the improvement in percentage or numbers, but I can definitely say it is helping me in my day-to-day work.
My work needs a lot of concentration. I like Focus+ and it has been easy to keep in my routine.
Simple to use and happy with Focus+ so far.
My work can get quite demanding, so I wanted something I could take consistently. I have had a positive experience with Focus+ and I am continuing it.
I use Focus+ as part of my workday routine. Overall I like the product and plan to continue.

What to expect
Why this is a 90 day course
Ayurvedic herbs of this kind build up slowly. Here is an honest picture of the weeks ahead.
Very little, and that is normal
Most people feel very little. If anything, a slightly easier wind-down at night. Herbs of this kind do not work on the first dose.
The first signs
This is where people typically first notice something. Sitting with one task for longer before the urge to switch arrives.
The window that matters
The period the Brahmi research actually covers. Steadier attention across a full day rather than in bursts.
What it will not do
- It will not give you a lift you can feel within the hour. There is no caffeine or stimulant in it.
- It will not fix attention problems caused by poor sleep.
- It is not a treatment for any diagnosed condition, and it does not replace medical care.
Who should not take this
- Pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take without medical advice.
- Under 18.
- On sedatives, sleep medication or anti-anxiety medication. Jatamansi and Tagara are calming herbs and may add to their effect. Speak to your doctor.
- High blood pressure, or on blood pressure medication, because of the licorice.
- Scheduled for surgery. Stop two weeks before.
Questions
Who is this for?
Adults who find their attention scatters rather than fades. Students, people doing long stretches of desk work, anyone whose mind is noisier than they would like. It is a daily wellness supplement, not a treatment for a diagnosed condition.
How long before I notice anything?
Honestly, not in the first fortnight. Most people who notice a change report it somewhere between weeks three and six, and the research on Brahmi runs over twelve weeks. That is why we sell it as a 90-day course rather than a single bottle.
Will I feel jittery or wired?
No. There is no caffeine or stimulant of any kind in this formula. If anything, the calming herbs pull in the opposite direction.
Is it safe to take every day?
It is formulated from traditional herbs intended for daily use. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, taking prescription medication (particularly sedatives or blood pressure medication), or have a diagnosed health condition, check with your doctor before starting.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes. The capsule shell is HPMC (hypromellose), a plant-based cellulose, not gelatin. What is inside is herbal extract.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available, along with UPI, cards and netbanking at checkout.
