Why this is a 90 day course
Ayurvedic herbs of this kind build up slowly. Here is an honest picture of the weeks ahead.
Weeks 1 to 2
Very little, and that is normal
Most people notice nothing obvious yet. Herbs of this kind do not work on the first dose.
Weeks 3 to 6
Building the routine
Two capsules a day, alongside the food and lifestyle changes that matter most.
Weeks 6 to 12
The window that matters
Three months of consistent use. This is how herbal liver care is meant to be taken.
What it will not do
- It will not undo the effects of alcohol or an unhealthy diet.
- It is not a detox in the sense of flushing anything out overnight.
- It is not a treatment for fatty liver, hepatitis or any liver disease, and it does not replace medical care.
Who should not take this
- Pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take without medical advice.
- Under 18.
- A diagnosed liver condition, or on medication for one. Speak to your doctor first.
- Stop and see a doctor if you notice yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, or pain in the upper right abdomen.
- On diabetes medication. Kalmegh, Guduchi and Milk Thistle may lower blood sugar.
- Autoimmune conditions, or on medication that suppresses the immune system, because of Guduchi and Kalmegh.
- On blood thinners or blood pressure medication.
- Allergic to ragweed, daisies or marigolds, because of Milk Thistle.
- Scheduled for surgery. Stop two weeks before.

Is it a treatment for fatty liver?
No. Liver Detox is a daily wellness supplement. It is not a treatment for fatty liver or any liver disease. If you have been diagnosed with a liver condition, follow your doctor's advice and ask them before adding any supplement.
How long before I notice anything?
Herbal liver care is a long-term habit. Think in months, which is why we sell it as a 90-day course.
Is it safe to take every day?
These herbs are traditionally taken daily. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have a liver or autoimmune condition, or take any regular medication, check with your doctor first. The full list is in the cautions above.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes. The capsule shell is HPMC (hypromellose), a plant-based cellulose, not gelatin. What is inside is herbal extract.
